Good Habits for the New Year

I was looking for a Bible reading program for the new year, and found this in our bookshelf.  I don't remember where it came from, but I really like it!  It has good, thought-provoking devotionals to read after each daily reading, plus extra questions and scriptures if you have time for deeper study.  I like questions!
 Exercise HAS to be a part of my days.  In other words, I NEED to exercise, but I don't PREFER to do it.  Bronwyn and I have started doing these ball exercises every other day.  As you can see, we have a good helper.
